FIXED RATE SYSTEM REPAIRS!

Unlike any other computer business that we know of, NexGen Industries believes in making computing available and affordable to everyone. We therefore offer a fixed price repair service that doesn't leave our customers worried about hourly rates and large bills when they come to collect their systems. The NexGen Industries service charge is $55.00 / System inclusive of GST. This does not include any parts that may be required to facilitate the repair but does include the replacement of any parts purchased, back into the system, with full configuration. It really is great value and all you pay to have your computer running like new again is $55.00 plus any parts that you may need. We always contact our customers with all pricing options before installing any parts, should they be required to complete the repairs.

SYSTEM UPGRADES!

The NexGen Industries database of computing products consists of more than 11000 products which basically means that we can supply just about anything specific that any of our customers may want. Often, we have people come to our store with computers that aren't very old but are out of date with certain technologies. In these cases it seems almost wasteful to replace the entire system when it is far more cost effective to upgrade the existing one. We offer a completely free service to inspect your current computer and we will then give you all the upgrade options that you may wish to consider based upon what you wish to do on your computer. We do not like to oversell technologies because this industry advances so quickly and having unused components is a waste of money, hence we will customise a system upgrade to suit your needs and budget perfectly.

COMPLETE SYSTEM RE-INSTALL!

This is yet another one of the NexGen Industries popular services. We offer a full and complete system re-install for $65.00 / System which includes a full re-load of your chosen operating system, all of the current device drivers for your components are downloaded and installed, important tools for general computing such as ZIP, PDF and Data Burning applications are installed, system testing is carried out and then the system is ready to go back to work. We are also always willing to install any specific software that customers bring along with them, inclusive to our price. We try and help you as much as we can so that your computing experiences are always enjoyable and free of issues. We can also backup your data for a an additional fee and then return it to the newly re-installed system. This ensures that you won't lose any of those precious photos, e-mails or documents, that cannot be replaced once lost. We encourage our customers to backup regularly because the one thing that all the skills and qualifications in this industry cannot give customers, is their lost data back.
