Our business has several staff that can deliver highly qualified training in MS applications which are not accredited but offer a certificate of participation which indicates that you have learned certain aptitudes within the scope of that subject. We also have VTAB accreditation if more formal training is required, however, we have found that personal learning without pressure and using the learn and do method achieves excellent results and people leave having actually gained skills that they will use every day when they sit behind their computer systems.

We tailor a training session and prepare excellent notes for the customer, then we spend time explaining, demonstrating and ensuring that our student has a complete understanding of the topic in question. Once they feel confident that they understand the principles, we let them venture on doing things for themselves without any guidance. This results in a happy customer because they have now resolved their problems and understand the topic area much better. This enhances their computer experiences and confidence greatly. There is no need to be reserved or shy, we have taught all age groups in many various areas that are set around computer usage.
